Zuko

When we got Zuko I thought we were out of our minds. Why would we make our chaotic lives any more challenging.  The needs and demands of a puppy? So much work! But Zuko is the best thing that’s ever happened to our house. The joy, the youthfulness, the energy. It’s exactly the infusion our home needed. Things were too heavy. Too serious. Too overwhelming. Zuko makes us all laugh. Makes us all feel special. His joy is contagious. Last night I brought him down with me when I put my mom to bed. He was jumping and running all over the bed. Playing with my dad. Jumping on my mom. We were all laughing. All enjoying his exuberance and love of life. These moments of joy are precious. Thank you dear Zuko.
